Who is Juan Poleo?
Juan Poleo brings over 20 years of executive experience in Construction and Project Management, leading transformative high-end projects across diverse sectors.
As Vice President of Construction for All Aboard Florida, he spearheaded the development of 850,000 square feet of mixed-use space, including the residential and office towers over the landmark Miami Central Station.
His tenure at The Related Group saw him oversee the successful development of over 1,500 multi-family units, showcasing his strategic leadership in large-scale residential projects. Additionally, he managed over 500 residential units at Dayco Holdings and directed critical Capital Improvement Projects for the City of Miami Beach as Construction Manager for URS Corporation.
